Romantic comedies

Romantic comedies sometimes romcom’s are films with a humorous plotline centred around two people, usually a man and woman who in someway are connected in someway which would normally results in a happy ending with the two protagonists having a romantic relationship. The comical aspect of a romantic comedy makes it different to a normal romance film because it makes the viewers laugh about the situations the characters get themselves into but then the audiences also get the romance side of the film, a romantic comedy. Sometime romantic comedies are associated as chick flicks.

A relationship that grows over the film.
A relationship where the two protagonists break up, which then results in the two characters getting back together.
A relationship that cannot work for some reason but one of the characters finds a way to solve the problem.
